Fine, a few bits about the property/stay could have been inproved regarding the price of it but it was fine.
Nice and spacious, clean and free parking. Staff were also very responsive.
Didn’t provide enough bed linen for all 5 people/beds. My sister has to sleep without duvet cover, sheet and pillow case. There also wasn’t a cafetière or enough coffee pods that actually fitted the coffee machine.

Peaceful environment. Great that there’s free parking. 2 bathrooms is a plus plus. Clean and quiet

Lovely quiet apartment with balcony and nice view
Lovely views, river taff/ Cardiff bay on one side and park on the other with the balcony. Nice quiet flat, lovely having a balcony and a bath. Good WiFi, responsive team on email who sorted late check out £10 ish for Uber to city centre
It was all good, but decided to use the sofa bad so teens didn't have to share, sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and had a wobbly leg. No lift but that was clear on advert so fair enough xx

Disappointing
Hannay was amazing in fixing the shower and cleaning the facilities with the cleaning Company. She even refunded me £100 for the inconvenience. If not for her, I would have added the filthy, mouldy pictures on Booking.com.

Whole experience was exactly as expected and hoped for based on description on Booking.com. Very happy with everything. Location excellent. Parking easy. Super-clean and well-presented. Hope it's available next time we're in Cardiff!
