Unforgettable Birthday Stay – Beautiful Resort & World-Class Staff! Our stay at Kwanza Resort was absolutely magical from start to finish! The property itself is incredibly beautiful, pristine, and offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. What truly makes this resort a 5-star experience, however, is the staff. They are some of the warmest, most helpful, and amazing people we have ever met. It was my birthday during our stay, and the entire team went completely above and beyond to make me feel extra special and celebrated every single day. We want to send a massive, personal thank you to the incredible team who looked after us so beautifully: Elias, Clever, Monica, Abdul, Said, Jasmin, and Shaa – thank you for your exceptional warmth, attentiveness, and flawless service. Dj Isaya – for bringing the perfect vibe to our celebrations and a huge thank you for playing my favourite song on my birthday! Security Ivan – for making us feel incredibly safe, secure, and looked after. Gerald and Andrew – for your kindness and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Another thank you to Shark, who was so incredibly friendly towards us and made us feel so genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Amazing staff and service

The property is beautiful, the men selling and providing services at the beach were a bit off putting as they made me feel uncomfortable to go to the sea alone. Maybe if they were not directly at the bottom of the stairs would be better.

Generally the rooms were clean however the nets over the bed were not dusted as there were dead mosquitoes on the net on my day of arrival. The headboard and side tables were dusty. The shower heads were either dirty from the heavy water or just old but for a 5 star hotel that was disappointing. We had an issue with our toilet flooding without us seeing so we walked into a flooded bathroom however it was resolved quickly. Every time I ordered room service they didn’t have what I wanted to eat. The room service food was horrible to say the least. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a lower score was because the staff was pleasant and the landscaping was well taken care of.
