I like how the houses have a direct sea view. The staff are also very friendly, especially Cyrus.
1. Customer care at the reception desk is not 24/7. I needed sth late at night and I couldn’t find anyone apart from the watchman.
2. The bathroom didn’t have the small soaps, conditioners, showercaps right by the sink, that I experience in most hotels.
3. Hand/face towels were not provided.
4. Having paid for an all inclusive experience, the food options are very limited especially breakfast.
5. The air conditioner didn’t have a remote to control it, so I just had to use the fan.
6. The room doesn’t have a phone to use for room service or inquiries.
7. Finally, would be great to confirm if everything is provided in the room, because I didn’t have tissue in the toilet, and I realized at night, and I couldn’t find anyone at the reception desk to help.

big rooms direcly on the beach that once were luxurious.
overpriced due to what you get. a hotel that want to be as luxus as it once was. what once were luxus bungalows now are a bit worn and torn.
the restaurant is unfortunently horrible in every sense Where it is obvious that someone tried to cut budget in supplys
