All staff were very friendly and the quality of the food was great.
On all inclusive just be careful what drinks you order as some are not included and you get given them even though you didn't order them then get a bill.

We liked the atmosphere. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
Staff was very friendly.
There are several pools which was very convenient.
The buffet was very good and offering many options.
The hotel is not beachfront. If you want to stay on the beach, there is a private area on the beach rented by the hotel
for his guests at a walking distance from the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel (between the hotel and the beach) are not clean since it is a public area.
Having said that, the private beach is very pleasant. We spent most of our time there.
Bonus for kitesurfers, lessons and equipment are available at the private beach. It is an excellent spot.

The staff were amazing especially Dennis , he was so helpful and made us feel comfortable.
Dennis can be given a 11 out of 10
The air conditioning was not working properly and the doors were a bit difficult to close.
The fact that the staff would come at night while you are not aware ,get in open the bed and sheets for you remove the small pillows
The WiFi was a poor
