The location is near the sea and the old town and reasonably close to the train station. A fabulous location The facilities, washing machine, bathroom, balcony are excellent. The balcony is a good place to sit with a view over the town - and good for drying clothes on the rack.
The bedroom is minuscule with one side against the wall. I found it very inconvenient. Otherwise everything was good.
