Appartamento ristrutturato di recente in posizione ottima.
Andrebbe indicato nella descrizione che si trova al piano interrato. Forse per via del piano spesso odore sgradevole. Manca un armadio dove mettere i vestiti, quelli presenti a muro sono occupati e sporchi. Lenzuola pulite ma con qualche macchia, occorerebbe prestare maggiore attenzione.. Nel complesso per il servizio offerto prezzo alto.

- Très bon emplacement.
- Commerces à proximité (ce serait bien de le notifier dans le descriptif)
- Grand espace dans le séjour.
- Bien équipé (placards, machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, micro-ondes, four...)
- Le mobilier de la cour était sale.
- Il manque un rideau ou store dans la chambre pour bien dormir dans le noir
- Pas très bien insonorisé au niveau de l'appartement du dessus (on entend les pas de la personne).
- Dommage que l'appartement soit un peu sombre.
