La posizione è spettacolare. La vista del mare rilassante nonostante i cartelli . Trovi uno spiraglio o guardi il mare da i piedi dal soggiorno. Divano letto comodo . Letto comodo ma fastidioso il coprimaterasso cerato. Presenza di sacchetti spazzatura
Forno, cucina, macchinetta caffè e frigo . Supermercato a due passi . Posto auto
Piscina ma con quel mare non la usi.
Praticamente in centro.
Bisogna fare un po' di manutenzione . Ma con quel mare superi tutto
Una immensa quantità di piatti o tazze e tazzine che crea senso di magazzino ma superi anche questo .

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Nicolete que nos deu as chaves e apresentou o apartamento e a garagem. O apartamento tem um bom espaço, possui um bom quarto, com boa cama. Tanto o quarto quanto a sala de estar/cozinha tem janelas de frente para o mar, o que é maravilhoso. Cozinha com os utensílios que nos atenderam perfeitamente. Ótima garagem. Localização muito boa também.
O apartamento está à venda e as placas colocadas na sacada cobrem parcialmente as janelas, o que tira a visão do mar quando sentados à mesa, infelizmente. O apartamento é antigo e os ralos apresentam algum desgaste e sujeira.
