this is a wonderful place, the location is perfect, in any case, I will come back because I haven’t met a better apartment yet

The most strong arguments in favor of this apartment is location and square meters. It was a grate pleasure to communicate with a meeting and showing of person Nicky. Very sociable, polite, ready to help and understanding. Very grateful for waiting us up as we were getting mach later then settled time of arrival. Also we extremely grateful to the owner and Nicky, I guess, for letting us check out later according to our plans! It was very important to us and was very nice of them.! Thank you very much!

The apartment facing a very noisy street with heavy traffic on the first and a half flor(above the ground flor and beletage ). So use of balcony for other than drying swimsuits is out of the question. Also to make the square meters work, quite a lot of things should be got ridden of, including various small niceties, which probably are somehow dear to the owner. And also repainting in to some light colors would make the meters work despite all black, brown and grey furniture which dominates strongly. Also the apartment is intensely lived in for quite a time and it shows in almost everything.

The location was excellent, this is a well equipped, good sized apartment, the furnishings and kitchen are good.

It is quite difficult to unload and load your luggage as the road outside is busy and there are rarely free parking spaces.

- the apartment is well furnished, it has all the equipment needed for a family stay, enough dishes etc. - the apartment is close to the beach, a grocery store store right in front of it, - the person who shows you the apartment is very nice, welcoming, and gives a lot of nice recommendations about Menton, - the owner seems nice and responsive.

We were ROBBED in this apartment. This the biggest minus. So our stay was stained by this unpleasant experience, talks with the police, and overall understanding that isn’t not safe, as someone else can get into the apartment. Another thing is that the street is quite noisy. If you close the windows and use the AC, you get a quiet apartment, so the windows are soundproof. But if you prefer fresh air from the outside, it’s a super noisy apartment. It’s especially noisy around 5 o’clock in the morning (cleaning, trash pick-up etc.) so be aware of that if you are a sensitive sleeper.
