Coffee and tea in the room was very well stocked and room was a very good standard and very clean

Well appointed room, felt cosy and comfortable. Fantastic location in the centre of Cromer, easy walking distance to everywhere.
The check-in was a bit odd, the bar staff were not quite familiar with the checkin procedure. The windows don't do much to keep noise outside, and so we heard the pub/live music noise. However, noise stopped at 23:00, like everything in Cromer, so not a problem.

Very friendly staff.
Windows nailed shut. Toilet sounds like a ship's fog horn when flushed. No WiFi from day two. The staff did try but, the stay wasn't great
