Excellent location. It was literally a couple of minutes from seafront and about five minutes from Cromer pier. The room was large and airy and had plenty of beverage options, including oat milk, which I was pleasantly surprised to find as most places do not have that option. The ensuite was just the right size, and the shower was quiet, so I didn't feel bad having a shower late at night. Both hosts/owners are lovely and welcoming. Made me feel at home. Spoke mostly with Jane. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade bread. Lots of options. Highly recommend staying there.

Jane and Neil are amazing hosts. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and had some thoughtful extras.
