Cliftonville Hotel

The staff were lovely especially Izzy and Alex who we saw more of, always keen to help with a smile. The hotel is a bit frayed at the edges but that adds to the charm and character of what I bet was a very grand building in its hay day. The breakfast and evening meals we had were spot on. Our room though a little small was very clean and had all the bits tea coffee etc to hand there was snacks available with an honesty box system. All in all we had a great weekend with lovely sea views to watch the world go by

Evening meal. Attention from staff and lovely room. We had a group for the evening meal and asked for around table which we were given with no fuss.

Breakfast tea was rather cold . However hot water was given when asked. The breakfast food was not as good as e ending meal.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable, a quiet location. Breakfast very good

Nothing

The staff where very friendly and polite. The location was excellent for town, pier and prominard

The bed was very uncomfortable, bedding was old and lumpy. The shower was set at a fixed angle which shot water across the bath to the opposite wall soaking towels and shelf. The head had to be manually held to have any short of shower. very difficult
