Este o locație aproape de obiectivele turistice, aproape de mijloacele de transport, destul de curat.
Bucătărie slab dotată, fără mașină de cafea, fără hârtie igienică, am primit un singur prosop de persoană ( 4 zile același prosop), veselă foarte puțină (o singură oră și o tigaie), congelatorul foarte plin de gheață, 3 scaune la masă în condițiile în care noi eram 4 persoane și tot timpul cineva trebuia să mănânce in picioare,lipsă papuci de casă,plus că la detaliile pentru cazare ne zicea ap.nr.3 care de fapt era 5,a fost cea mai slabă cazare din câte am întâlnit, situată într-o curte comună, clădire veche plină de igrasie,ar fi o zonă liniștită dacă nu ar fi închiriate doar de tineret care toată noaptea fac gălăgie având în vedere că strada este plină de baruri și cluburi, strada nu este accesibilă cu mașina.Nu a-și mai reveni la aceeași cazare.

La ubicació està bé, tot i que l'exterior de l'edifici és vell i atrotinat. Per dins, és correcte.
No hi havia estris de cuina (una trista paella i prou) i quan se'ls va demanar que en portessin, primer van dir que sí, però després d'insistir van dir que no en portarien, que ens espaviléssim. A més no ens van ajudar en res del que vam demanar.
