Obiekt jest położony w cudownej lokalizacji. Jest bardzo dobra baza dla większej grupy osób. Mimo trudnych chwil cudownie spędzaliśmy wieczory i poranki przy wspólnym stole.
Obiekt choć położony w klimatycznej kamienicy z dziedzińcem od wejścia wprowadza w błąd ponieważ nie znajduje się pod nr 3. Standard sprzątania poniżej wszelkich dopuszczalnych norm. Brud, kurz, nie zmyte powierzchnie płaskie, brudne naczynia w półkach, smród w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym. Standard wykończenia oraz wady konserwacyjne: połamane łóżka, materace z wbijającymi się sprężynami w ciało, odpadające klamki w drzwiach, dziurawy czajnik.
