Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist auch zu Fuss schnell überall. Gute Anbindung auch an die Metro und anderen Nahverkehr. Die Ausstattung ist gut, mir hat nichts gefehlt.
Extrem warm im Sommer, deutlich über 30 Grad in der Wohnung. Es gibt einen Ventilator, ohne den es nicht gehen würde. Nur Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind vorhanden, was nicht genug ist, um die Hitze abzuhalten. Genauso wie die erwähnte Treppe, muss man sich einfach darüber bewusst sein.

Die Lage ist fantastisch -- mitten im Pariser Leben und eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Rest von Paris, Preis-Leistung war absolut angemessen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Buchung -- wir hatten eine super Zeit :).

Siamo stati benissimo. appartamento non grande ma ben organizzato
scala di accesso ai piani stretta e ripida, anche se va detto è abbastanza normale in case storiche.

Molto centrale, con moltissimi negozi bar e ristoranti. Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzato. In due siamo stati benissimo
La scala per salire ai piani e’ stretta e ripida… ma trattandosi di casa abbastanza storica e’ inevitabile
