Welcome to our charming apartment located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement.
It is the perfect place to get a taste of real Parisian life in one of the most lively and interesting areas of the city. An ideal location, a bright and well equipped apartment will make your Paris getaway an unforgettable experience!
Dear customers, our dishwasher is currently broken. We are doing our best to fix it.

*5th floor (no elevator)!

The Space:
This charming 20m2 studio can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located on the 5th floor without elevator.
You will find:
- A very bright living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, a seating area with a sofa and wifi.
- The living room and bedroom open onto a heated balcony of 6m2, ideal for your breakfasts and aperitifs.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet
- The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hob, toaster, oven, dishwasher...
You will also find a hairdryer on site.
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

You have access to the entire unit.
The Neighborhood:
With its small pedestrian streets and cobblestones, the Montorgueil district has a great charm. The main artery, rue Montorgueil, brings together both early and mouth-watering shops, bars and restaurants that trendy clothing stores. In the early morning, delivery trucks and the hustle and bustle reflect the Paris of yesteryear. In the streets parallel to rue Montorgueuil, new restaurants, cocktail bars and bobos shops have opened, including rue Saint-Sauveur, rue Bachaumont, rue Greneta, rue Mandar or in the Passage du Grand Cerf.

This place was a gem for my daughter (8) and I recently. 6 days in Paris, Australian’s visiting for holiday. Location brilliant, stones throw from metro, easy 10-15 min walk to river. Excellent mix of locals and tourists…my daughter
Loved sitting at the cafes dog watching. Loads of local food options (also heaps of take away options). Bakery on the corner was exceptional. Balcony added so much flex when my daughter went to bed before me. Loved sitting out there with a wine enjoying the vibe below. Washing machine was excellent benefit also (note it doesn’t spin dry like some so it’s more just to wash and you need to right out). Bathroom very modern and the place was all super clean. The owner and property manager were very helpful. The 5 flights of stairs are pretty steep so keep that in mind (we are both pretty fit so it was ok but not for everyone). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
