About this apartment rental
Summary:
Located in a quiet courtyard and on the 3rd floor without elevator, my loft apartment has just been completely renovated.
It is located in the district of Montorgueil, famous for its shopping streets and bars.
It has an open bedroom which is in mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate up to 4 people.
You can prepare delicious food with its well equipped kitchen. The toilets and the bathroom are together.
The Space:
Being in a courtyard, my apartment is very quiet and brand new.
You will find all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay:
- a very comfortable double bed
- a sofa bed
- a washing machine
- a dishwasher
- a hair dryer
- a TV connected to the internet
- an oven
- a microwave
- a fridge, a freezer
- all cooking utensils
- towels
- sheets

Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the capital, the districts of the Marais and Montorgueil allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants.
Many museums are nearby.
You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh products nearly every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, futures, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters.
Getting Around:
The street in which the apartment is located is semi-pedestrian.
The metro line 3 - station Sentier is just 50 meters away.
At 8 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.
Uber, taxi and bus are also available.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is after 15:00 hours.
An ID will be required upon arrival.

This property is managed by HABITAT PARISIEN, a professional vacation and business rental company. We will take care of your check-in and accompany you during your stay to make it as smooth as possible!
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.

Les 55 marches d'un escalier en colimaçon vous font apprécier ce très bel appartement calme et lumineux sur une rue animée. La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le lit est très confortable et la douche parfaite. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement et les quelques marches vous tiendront en forme.

Hi there! We totally enjoyed our stay inthis cosy Suite. Nice volumes, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. No noise at all!!! The location is excellent.
Great communication with the host. Everything easy. We will be glad to come back next time we visit Paris. We bought fantastic cheese from the next door Fromagerie....
I can only recommend this outstanding Suite.

Lovely, quiet, renovated loft-style apartment with generous space. Located in foodie, pedestrian street. Good contact with agent - met with keys as arranged. Would stay here again.

Unit was on a pedestrian street with restaurants, shops, etc., however it was also in the back of the building and very quite.
Unit was as pictured.
Habitat Parisian was the management company and the worst that I have dealt with through VRBO. First you receive an e-mail asking you for your passport and credit card information, but no mention of this is made prior. In todays world you have to be crazy to pass any information over to an unknown source. Second there secure credit card process is to put tape over portions of the credit card. When you arrive you will receive a check in text when the room is ready and you will need to resupply your credit card information. Very clunky. They also only had one key for us when we arrived. It took 4 doors for them to deliver a second key. Lots of great places in Paris, would find one not managed by this group.
