About this apartment rental
Summary:
Apartment completely renovated in 2022 is located in the super Montorgueil district, famous for its shopping streets and bars. It has one bedroom with a super comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer.
The dining table give you the sensation as if you are in a Parisian Bistrot.
You can log in on Netflix with your personal account on the smart TV located in the living room!
The Space:
Located in a courtyard, it is very quiet place :)

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the capital, the districts of the Marais and Montorgueil allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants. There are many museums nearby.
You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh products every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacie, bank, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters..
Getting Around:
The street in which the apartment is located is semi-pedestrian.
The metro line 3 - station Sentier is 50 meters away.
At 8 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.
Uber, taxi , bus also is available.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in starts as from 15:00. Early check-in is possible upon request and availability.
An ID will be required upon arrival.
A baby crib and / or a high chair can be provided upon request. It cost 40€ each for the total stay.
There is no elevator to the second floor for accessing the apartment.

This property is managed by HABITAT PARISIEN, a professional vacation and business rental company. We will take care of your check-in and accompany you during your stay to make it as successful as possible!
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

I was very grateful for the Habitat Parisian team. They were able to accommodate my last min trip without an issue. The team member Florence who met me and guided me through the flat was very kind to show me everything I might need to know during my stay. Any questions or requests I had, I felt comfortable to communicate them and received fast responses. Additionally, the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet In a courtyard away from the main busy street but yet close to all the shops and centrally located. At time’s there were guests staying in the flat above who walked very loudly in the middle of the night which made it challenging to sleep, but thankfully there was a nice fan in the room that drowned out the noise from above. I felt right at home in the flat, and would recommend staying here or at any flat with the Habitat Parisian group to a friend.

« Emplacement de rêve dans rue commerçante animée (mais pas trop), excellent rapport qualité prix avec bons matelas (avec excellent sur-matelas pour le lit principal et bon canapé lit pour le lit secondaire), très bonne réactivité et disponibilité. On reviendra très certainement. »

It’s a beautiful apartment, very modern and elegant with all comfort and as a special surprise even with a Nespresso ☺️
The apartment is directly located in the 2nd Arrondissement in Paris so you can get all the attractions by walking around.
Although the flat is in the heart of the pulsating atmosphere, no disturbing noises came into it.
All in all a lovely place to stay.
