The Space:
Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Réaumur in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 2nd arrondissement is one of Paris’s most vibrant and compact areas, centred around the lively Rue Montorgueil market street and the elegant Place des Victoires. The neighbourhood has a creative, neighbourhood feel — independent restaurants, trendy cafés, covered passages like the Galerie Vivienne, and fashion showrooms all coexist within a few blocks. The Grands Boulevards are close by, and the area connects easily to the Marais and Opera districts.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

This is a wonderful spot. While check-in/out is slightly complicated at 1st it is managable and thebhostt does provide plenty of instruction to help guide you through it. Just be sure to read carefully. We truely felt we were living in a Parisian movie in this cute apartment. It was fairly clean and tidy as well. Lack of dish cloth or scrubbies had us using paper towel and very little dish soap. We left come cleaning items behind for the next guests.
Very central and walking distance to most of the major sights within a half hour or so.
It was the perfect finish tonour European Vacation.

Great location. Typical Paris apartment. Good value stayed 5 nights for work and perfect to get around town and safe neighborhood. Supermarket next door. Host service very responsive. 2min walk to Boulangerie Collet - for amazing early morning baguettes and pastries -

The location of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, the bedroom is separated by a door from the adjacent apartment. People talking, playing music in the early morning hours, with the sound feels like coming from inside your bedroom, resulted in very poor sleep.
