Jean-Philippe est un hôte extrêmement gentil, disponible et toujours très réactif. L’appartement est vraiment magnifique : propre, accueillant, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Paris et surtout parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque vraiment rien et on voit que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup d’attention pour le confort et les besoins des voyageurs. Jean-Philippe parle également italien, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et qui rend les échanges encore plus faciles. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous et nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour. Pour nous, c’est un 10. À recommander sans hésitation !

the location and host are great
The apartment is not as spacious as in the pictures, there is not enough space for six people. The lighting is awful, the apartment is constantly dark. There is no air conditioning, so the room is always hot and stuffy. It has two showers, but only one toilet. The toaster was dirty inside.
