The Space:
Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Réaumur in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 2nd arrondissement is one of Paris’s most vibrant and compact areas, centred around the lively Rue Montorgueil market street and the elegant Place des Victoires. The neighbourhood has a creative, neighbourhood feel — independent restaurants, trendy cafés, covered passages like the Galerie Vivienne, and fashion showrooms all coexist within a few blocks. The Grands Boulevards are close by, and the area connects easily to the Marais and Opera districts.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Great location. Typical Paris apartment. Good value stayed 5 nights for work and perfect to get around town and safe neighborhood. Supermarket next door. Host service very responsive. 2min walk to Boulangerie Collet - for amazing early morning baguettes and pastries -

We loved the locaton of this apartment. We loved how close it was to the metro. It was nice to have a grocery store in the same building. The apartment was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is A+. So well located with a metro station right across the street and 2 other lines within a 10 min walk. Super well connected to all sites and arrondissements of the city. Neighborhood was safe and fun to walk around, with plenty of cafés and restaurants.
The apartment itself is fine. However, a few simple lacks were notable: no kitchen basics were provided (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil), no kitchen paper towels, only one tea towel was available, ONE single roll of toilet paper was provided (2 people, 6 days) and we were left an empty can of bathroom deodorizer. We ended up purchasing toilet paper and deodorizer. Lacklustre.
The place looks clean on the surface but could use a deep cleanse.
Having two beds was practical for our situation but the sofa-bed was insufferably uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch cushions over the mattress.
Contact with the owner/manager was easy and we received quick responses. Obtaining the key through the Key Café was slightly complicated (app requires a payable authenticator!) but the return was easy.
All in all, the location was worth it, but don’t expect anything spectacular.

No frills, all about location. The apartment picks up a little of the metro sound & rumble under the ground in case you aren't used to that. Cleanliness was fine the bathroom sink is kind of deteriorating (moldy wood), but everything else was fine. There was no dish soap provided which I enquired about and was told it is not provided. I suggested it should, given there are dishes provided and that's why and I others book places like these. Though there was shampoo and body wash packets given, which was nice but a bit confusing given the soap conversation with the hosts. That being said, in addition to plates, cups, silverware, there are 3 pots (no pans) and two wooden spoons to cook with, so I wouldn't advise staying here if you need to prepare meals. I cooked two meals before I couldnt again, since I couldnt wash anything. For a 5 day/4 night stay I was given one small roll of toilet paper. I messaged the host and they suggested I buy more and they would reimburse me if I needed. I understand not wanting people to take extra, but I think 2 rolls for a 5 day/4night stay would have been nice, especially for a lady. The bed was incredibly firm for my liking and tough to get comfortable. The check in out was super easy and I really appreciated the videos and descriptions with all the necessary information needed, which made everything so easy. The area is a gem and being above a grocery store and many restaurants/shops was very convenient. The host was communicative & timely.
