Rue Montorgueil - one of the city's most beloved pedestrian market streets - is just a two-minute walk away, lined with bakeries, cheese shops, fishmongers and vibrant café terraces. It's the kind of street that makes you feel like a true Parisian from day one.
The Sentier district, historically the heart of Paris's textile trade, has reinvented itself as a creative and culinary hub, with an eclectic mix of concept stores, coffee shops and independent restaurants.
The Centre Pompidou and the Les Halles neighbourhood are a leisurely 10-minute walk, and the Marais is equally accessible on foot.
For a quieter afternoon, the nearby Square Émile-Chautemps offers a peaceful green break in the middle of the city.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Sentier (Metro line 3) - 2 minutes on foot
- Réaumur – Sébastopol (Metro lines 3 & 4) - 4 minutes on foot
- Bonne Nouvelle (Metro lines 8 & 9) - 5 minutes on foot
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.
- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

Hi there! We totally enjoyed our stay inthis cosy Suite. Nice volumes, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. No noise at all!!! The location is excellent.
Great communication with the host. Everything easy. We will be glad to come back next time we visit Paris. We bought fantastic cheese from the next door Fromagerie....
I can only recommend this outstanding Suite.

Lovely, quiet, renovated loft-style apartment with generous space. Located in foodie, pedestrian street. Good contact with agent - met with keys as arranged. Would stay here again.

Unit was on a pedestrian street with restaurants, shops, etc., however it was also in the back of the building and very quite.
Unit was as pictured.
Habitat Parisian was the management company and the worst that I have dealt with through VRBO. First you receive an e-mail asking you for your passport and credit card information, but no mention of this is made prior. In todays world you have to be crazy to pass any information over to an unknown source. Second there secure credit card process is to put tape over portions of the credit card. When you arrive you will receive a check in text when the room is ready and you will need to resupply your credit card information. Very clunky. They also only had one key for us when we arrived. It took 4 doors for them to deliver a second key. Lots of great places in Paris, would find one not managed by this group.
