L'accueil de Jessica vraiment super! au petits soins en allant même me chercher de l'huile, du sel et du poivre car il n'y en avait pas à notre arrivée. Très réactive. Nous avions une demi heure d'avance et Jessica s'est débrouillée pour venir nous ouvrir avant. c'était très apprécié car j'étais avec mon fils de 7 ans et nous avions déjà fait un long voyage pour arriver. nous avons adoré l'emplacement de cet appartement et il correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Tout est à disposition aux alentours.
Attention, ce n'est pas du tout quelque chose qui a perturbé notre voyage et si nous devrions retourner à Paris, je reprendrais sans hésiter cet appartement. Juste un conseil : Il faudrait juste faire vérifier le sèche serviette (qui ne s'arrête plus lorsqu'on le met en route (1h était demandé et il a mis 2 jours à s'arrêter, impossible de l'éteindre) et la machine à laver ne fonctionne pas bien. elle n'essore pas.

Location is great! Cute little apartment.
Staircase is very narrow and dangerous especially when you have big luggage and no handrail to hold on to. It was a struggle to take it up. Going down, we literally had to let our bags slide down the stairs because it was impossible any other way. Little overpriced too.

We were met by Willilam who helped us to the apartment. He was so informative and friendly. Gave us great tips and ideas for what to do in and around Paris.
The apratment is ideally located, lovely restaurants and bakeries a few meters from the apartment. It is also close to the Metro.
The balcony was a real bonus to sit on and relax after a busy day touring.
All the stairs after a long day of walking! But that is a very minor issue!

Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The balcony was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy breakfast.
Apartment was situated at the top of five flights of steep winding steps. For the young this would not have likely been a problem but for the elderly it is not ideal. The addition of air conditioning would have been an advantage.
