Comfortable to stay!
We changed the time to check in, but they came early. Also when check out early in the morning owner came on time and offer to send us to the station! So nice and friendly. We don't have a car but if you have the car, they have own parking with the key. The apartment is very clean and nice facility, quiet place. Near the apartment have two supermarkets, one of them open Sunday, too. It is not so close to the Duomo, Rocca (Castel), bridge, etc... but many place to see by walk. We enjoy take a walk and eat gelato, panini, some breads, foods are so good. You better to eat Porchetta (roast pork).

Davvero speciale, pienamente soddisfatto !!!
Appartamento nuovo dotato di ogni confort, compreso l'utilizzo del garage auto. Posizione centrale non troppo affollato, ma comodissimo per raggiungere il centro a piedi; super la convenzione per utilizzare i servizi dell'agriturismo. L'accoglienza è stata davvero speciale, proprietari davvero gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza.

Perfetto. Bello l'appartamento e bellissima Spoleto
L'appartamento è molto ben accessoriato; oltre al box privato c'è anche ampio spazio per parcheggiare esternamente. Box doccia spazioso ben sigillato, senza fuoriuscita di acqua. Le due grandi TV in soggiorno e in camera. La bottiglia di vino e di acqua come saluto di accoglienza. La possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le strutture offerte dall'agriturismo Agrileisuretime.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Ende August verbrachten wir 11 Nächte in Spoleto. Nicht nur das Wetter auch die Ferienwohnung war super. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nett war auch die Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung. Alles war sehr sauber und das Bad ist sehr modern und geräumig. Es gibt 2 Balkone und überall Fliegen- gitter was sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt einen großen Schlafzimmerschrank und jede Menge Stauraum in anderen Möbeln. In der schönen Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und es gibt einen Personenaufzug. Auch wurden wir mehrmals per Whats App kontaktiert, ob alles ok ist oder ob wir Hilfe brauchen oder Fragen haben, einfach super. Die Lage war gut, kaum oder wenig Autoverkehr, zur Altstadt gelangt man zu Fuß in 15. Min. Ganz in der Nähe mit dem Auto ca. 3 Min. gibt es mehrere Supermärkte. Auch sehr positiv ist die Tiefgarage mit abschließbarer Parkbox.
