Cozy, quiet, friendly, well-located

The hotel has a very good location. It’s only 10 minutes on foot from the city centre, so it’s easy to reach everything, but it’s still outside of the busy and crowded areas. This makes it quiet and more relaxing. Even though it’s not right in the centre, there are many great restaurants nearby. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. From the first moment, they were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was part of a family. They really made my stay special.

The only thing to know is that for some rooms the toilet is outside of the room, but still private. So make sure to check this when booking.

- Very good, typical Belgium-style breakfast, with coffee available till 3pm. - The person taking care of the site was very kind. - The option to arrange a parking slot is also useful.

Definitely the doors must be changed, as from room 1 all hotel noises can be heard, and the floor is cracking so worth some lifting.. Other than this it was fine!

A great place to stay at a very reasonable cost. Best breakfast in our two week of travels.

A great and imaginatively repurposed B&B in a great location for shops, bars, restaurants, the river and citadel. Amazing how much can be fitted into one small space and the decor was modern and bright with the host’s fab artwork on display throughout. The very reasonable rate also includes a great continental breakfast to challenge that in any hotel, with all you could want and more. Thanks especially for the fresh milk to make a much appreciated English cuppa! Secure parking very close by was also a bonus at a modest day rate. Very friendly and helpful couple running the enterprise. Glad we found you!

We couldn’t find the place at first as it looks like a blank shop window but the name is discreetly shown in the top left corner. The air conditioner was very noisy but worth tolerating to cool the room at night after a hot day. We also noted that there is no fire escape, should it be necessary, but apparently this is not a requirement in Belgium. Thankfully, it wasn’t necessary to have to try and squeeze through the cute porthole window! .

Two flight of steps to access the family room. Difficult for people with mobility issues. Just a note for future customers .. the hotel is a converted shop so it has a shop front .. we drove past it a few times..

A great solution for Namur

The room is spacious and very clean with a super comfortable bed, no noise from outside and a good selection of teas, cookies and chocolate. Breakfast was great for quality and variety: one of the best we had. Viktor was helpful with the parking and very kind. I liked very much the selection of leaflets with information about Namur !

I missed a place in the bathroom to put my things.

It the best accomodation in Belgium I've ever booked before. 1) nice location near the river. 15 min to the centre. 2) appartment really new, everything needed stuff you can find here. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower, tidy towels, hair dryer etc. 3) there is a space on first floor, where you can have a breakfast or just have a rest 4) breakfast option. Nice, really nice breakfast. You can select vegetarian components. 5) extremely opened hosts, always ready to help. Advised us parking place, stored our suitcases for the last day till evening.

Qqs idées simples qui amélioreraint vraiment les lieux

Lits très confortables Chambre spacieuse Petit déjeuné varié Facilement accessible et proche de la citadelle.

Douche et wc privatisés mais hors de la chambre, dans un couloir commun aux 3 autres chambres. Il manque un support dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir déposer objets et vêtements. Ainsi qu'un porte serviette. Tentures occultantes 30 cm plus courtes que les fenêtres qui donnent sur l'avenue. Les lampadaires éclairent donc la chambre toute la nuit. Tv de très mauvaise qualité. Latence entre la télécommande et la réactivité de la tv. Son en carton. Une unique lampe de chevet plate et sans chargeur. N'oubliez pas votre adaptateur usb-c. L'établissement propose des jeux de société. Sur place un jenga, un domino, un jeu Haba et des cahiers de coloriage C'est vraiment léger.

Nous avions réservés la nuit du nouvel an et malheureusement, le manque d'insonorisation par rapport à la maison mitoyenne a fait que nous avons participé à leur réveillon jusqu'à +/- 3h du matin. Ceci étant dit, il est probable qu'en temps normal cela n'est point un problème.

Nett und modern eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Man kann sich den ganzen Tag mit Kaffee und Gebäck bedienen, das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frisch gemachtem Rührei und zwei Sorten glutenfreiem Brot auf Sonderwunsch. Große Klasse! Die Gastgeberin war perfekt.

Guest house très sympathique, bien située et propre.

Bien situé à Namur (Jambes), très proche du centre et de la citadelle. Chambre très propre, literie confortable. Equipement tout à fait suffisant. Salle de douche et toilettes privatives à l'extérieur, très propres également. Très bon petit déjeuner salé sucré, préparé par la charmante propriétaire.

Ma chambre au premier étage donnait sur une avenue principale où la circulation est assez dense. Pour quelqu'un qui a le sommeil léger, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Peut-être l'établissement a-t-il l'une ou l'autre chambre plus au calme?

Fahrradtour von Aachen nach Paris!

Es war eine sehr gute Unterkunft - Betten super! Dusche und Toilette separat, aber nur für uns. Zentral gelegen! Fahrräder durften im Eingangsbereich abgestellt werden. Das Frühstück war ansprechend und sehr lecker - es gab auf Wunsch auch Rührei!!😋

Alles war mehr als zufriedenstellend.🙏🙏
