Cottage 8 - Virginia Avenue Villas

Everything was perfect, especially the additional paid breakfast and the KolKol hot tub, The beds were very comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. We also really appreciated that the turndown service was included. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely bottle of red wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also provided a cot for our under-two-year-old toddler, which made our stay even easier. Our little one absolutely loved the KolKol hot tub — probably even more than we did! 😂 On our last night, we experienced a colder, windy and overcast Cape Town evening, so we enjoyed our bottle of red wine in front of the fireplace. It was the perfect way to end our first vacation in Cape Town as a new little family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for making our first family trip to Cape Town so special!

Brown/yellowish water coming from the hot taps, I presume it's a geyser issue, we did let them know immediately when we noticed it, they did send out the groundsman promptly, he emptied the geyser and it was better for a while, that night it was Brown/yellowish again, I'm sure it will be rectified soon

The Location was perfect. Beautiful property with all facilities and very well organized

Beautiful property, wonderfully attentive (and responsive) hosts and the property was even better than what was advertised - pics don't even do it justice. Highly recommended!

Nothing.

It was clean and very well organized.

The heaters never worked in the living room and the on-suite bedroom that has a bathroom attached to it.
