Beautiful property, wonderfully attentive (and responsive) hosts and the property was even better than what was advertised - pics don't even do it justice. Highly recommended!

We stayed only for one night, however the unit was a real oasis after a very long trip. The staff were friendly, Nicole was very responsive and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit has a private parking area which is secure and fitted a Ford Ranger comfortably. The fireplace was a very welcome comfort in the cold morning air and the rooms were all fitted with a/c. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need for an extended stay.

Once the property is booked one needs to sign a seperate contract and they take a security deposit on your credit card. You also need to send a copy of your ID document. I dont feel this was communicated very effectively on the posting. The shower in the upper bedroom leaks onto the floor quite badly which needs constant drying up with a towel. The water from the kitchen sink was brown, but this may just be a Cape Town issue. Getting an invoice is seemingly impossible, so for business trips perhaps not ideal. You are treated as part of the sausage machine at this property - when we asked for early check-in we were advised it can be arranged for R500/hr, the same with late checkout. We had a 6 month pregnant lady with is and communicated this to the property, however no assistance could be provided. I travel for a living basically and this is the first time I have experienced this. If you cannot help just say no, not available, but dont try milk it for another R500/hr.

The heaters never worked in the living room and the on-suite bedroom that has a bathroom attached to it.
