Quiet place, not so far from city centre and the apartment is quite big. The air conditioning is valuable.
The bathroom (and the apartment in general) is quite old and needs a renewal. The flat is in the first floor with some stairs.

The owner was very responsive and tried very hard to fix problems when they arose.
The air conditioning was too small for the space, and the temperatures were record highs during our stay. We asked for fans, and she brought us a couple, we could've probably used two more to be comfortable. We had a problem with the hot water heater on two separate occasions, but the second time, we figured out what needed to be done. The biggest problem was the lack of cooling.
