Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole, pulito e in posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico di Bucharest.

L'indirizzo indicato nella scheda della struttura e' quello degli uffici, l'indirizzo corretto viene fornito il.giorno del check ma comunque ,almeno nel nostro caso, distava 70 metri dall'indirizzo indicato. L'edificio dell'appartamento e' abbastanza datato e non bellissimo da vedere ma l'appartamento e' ristrutturato da poco e pulitissimo.

The area where the apartment is located is good. The room was comfortable and very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

I decided to stay in this place because it was right next to my friends’ hotel. I was quite disappointed when, at the moment I could no longer cancel the reservation, the host informed me that the actual address was 1 km away from the one shown in the booking. This was disappointing because I avoided other cheaper places around the hotel just to stay close to my friends. In the end, the apartment was 1km away and I had to take taxis every day to reach the area. I tried to talk to the host about this and asked for a small discount. I received the following reply: “Address from reservation is the office address. Is clearly mention on booking. Please let me know if you will keep the reservation.” At the time I checked, it was written there, but I cannot know if that information was already there when I made the booking. I decided to trust them. Two things bothered me about this situation. First, should I really have to double-check that the pin on the map is not the real address of the property? If the map shows a location, it is normal to assume the property is there. Why should I think the apartment is not in the same building as the office? Second, I only received this information when it was already too late to cancel the reservation without losing money. When I asked how to pay, I received a very abrupt reply: “Cash. Tomorrow.” The next day I received call and messages asking about my schedule so they could collect the money. This created a stressful situation because I was at the thermal baths and not constantly checking my phone. In the end, I was allowed to leave the money in the lockbox. That made me wonder why this option was not offered from the beginning. I was asked to leave 159€ (810 Lei) in the lockbox, while the correct amount was 156€ (795 Lei). I pointed it out to the owner and the situation was corrected, so I assume it was a mistake. Finally, the room was not very clean.
