* quite place close to the center
* Clean and comfortable
* Comfortable bed
* Desk and small tables in the room are nice
* Very good for it's money
* only one pot and small electric stove, no condiments/salt (so not much possibilities to cook)
* The fridge is broken (works only as freezer) and very loud
* It's actually a room in a guesthouse not a separate apartment
* Air-conditioning system is right over the bed so in a hot day you either get sick of aircon or suffer from high temperatures
* Some things are broken (like door a bit broken, the hole in the wall)
* Tiny windows without any view
* We met two small cockroaches in the bathroom at night
* Not so many sockets
* No night light

Easy contact with the owner.
Unfortunately the address of the flat is different from what is given on booking.com. Not far - about 150-200 meters away from the mentioned address on Blvd. Magheru, but still... it's even on a different street and of course this is not ok. The actual address is Str. George Enescu Nr.40
The heating in December was rather poor and there was no way to warm up the room. It felt like max. 20C.
In the night there was no hot water.
