Tuvimos un problema para recoger las llaves y la persona que me atendió al teléfono no colaboró y fue bastante desagradable. *edited* I’m going to write in English as you are saying I do not speak the language. I’m an English teacher lol. It was you who was imposible to understand, maybe you can contact me for some lessons. I’ve never shouted. I was trying the person on the phone to answer an easy question: what was the code. And all I got was: EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL in a very disrespectful way. I did not ask anyone to come I just wanted the code, I don’t need anybody to press the numbers for me since my fingers work properly. Stop lying and start assuming you made a mistake.

Excellent location near the old town center, very clean, easy access, clear instructions for check-in

No toilet paper, used sheets were left inside the closet, not so warm during the day

Great location - very centrally located, but quiet at the same time. The apartment was also decently clean (except the bathroom) and fairly spacious and had everything necessary for even a longer stay.

The shower is terrible! The slope of the shower floor is not towards the drain, so the water doesn't completely drain after you take a shower. The fact that there is constantly stale water on the shower floor makes it quite moldy and smelly, so much so that constantly running the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't help! Not to mention how disgusting it is to step in that day-old puddle for your next shower... I understand that this is a hard problem to fix, but at the very least they could have left a squeegee in the bathroom, so guests can manually push at least some of that water towards the drain.
