The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very kind, helpful, and always available when needed. The doorman was also friendly and welcoming.
There was plenty of space, a comfortable bed for everyone, modern TVs with access to Netflix and other streaming services, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Overall, the apartment offered great comfort and excellent amenities, and we had a very pleasant stay.
One thing worth mentioning is that the building itself is an older, Soviet-era apartment block, which may come as a surprise to guests from Western Europe who are not familiar with this type of architecture. Personally, having grown up with similar buildings in Poland, I actually found it somewhat nostalgic – almost like a little trip back to my childhood. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Structurally sound building. Constructed 1997. No red dot.
Within walking distance of town.
First floor apartment (although there were more than one set of steps going from ground floor to first floor).
Elevator looks and sounds well maintained.
24/7 security man on front desk.
Clean & tidy.
Three cans of beer and a big bottle of still water were left for us in the fridge. (Thank you!)
One double bedroom, with air con.
Another double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room, with air con.
Nothing, it was all great!
The air con in living room had a flashing red light, though and I'm not sure why?

Is very centrally located and has parking which was a big plus. However, we were thoroughly impressed with the property itself and the host, Amalia, was extremely helpful and attentive, and did her best to ensure that we had a seamless and comfortable stay.
