Artistically decorated 2 bedroom apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and large living room - good for entertaining friends while in Paris. The neighborhood is charming with many bakeries, grocers, and restaurants just a few minutes walk. The artesian well two blocks away that taps a 600 meter deep aquifer is a unique Parisian feature in the 13th. We replenished our very healthy and fresh drinking water in the apartment with several visits over the course of our week long stay.

The location is excellent. We didnt use the kitchen very much but it was well stocked. There were lots of good restaurants justbdown the street. . The bedroom facing the backyard was very quiet.

The apartment was perfect and very spacy: clean rooms, clean beddings, the mattresses are high quality. The apartment is settled in a perfect position (close to Place d'Italie) where you can find all connections to visit the city.
