The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, and other than not having a fan for the lounge, it was quite thoughtfully equipped, with nearby shops and restaurants and close to the subway.
Had to wait an hour in a stifling hot corridor waiting for the receptionist to meet us with keys, as he kept delaying his arrival. Then it was clear there was only a ceiling fan in the bedroom; none in the lounge with the sofabed and it was unbearably hot. There were very limited consumables. The lock on the door broke so we didn't have access to our room for half a day, as it initially took a few hours for anyone to respond to our messages.
