For what you pay it's not good enough

Very beautiful and comfort apartment. Location is really good and near the center and the sea.

First of all it's not clear that there is parking available with the room. We had to call and confirm that because it's not refered anywhere and we were afraid that the available parking may belonging to someone else. Secondly, for an apartment that costs 130 euro per day to not have batteries replacement for the controllers is a joke. We had to remove them from the TV controller to use them to the AC and the opposite. We requested for batteries but without response.. nice management. Third and most important.. the heated water.. you need to press a button to heat the water for the bath, it takes 30 minutes and the amount of heated water is a joke.. it's enough for 1 and a half persons.. then you need to proceed again following the same procedure.. For the amount of money that you are requesting per day at least dont be so gypsies.. you are trying to maximize your profits but in the end you are just leaving your guests with a bitter taste of satisfaction.. I would choose something else.

Very good

The apartment is well-equipped and recently renovated. It was clean at the check-in. Having the two A/C's is a big advantage, particularly when they are well-placed. The bed is very comfortable.

There are nearly 20 apartments in this 3-floor building. Sounds of all kinds come from all directions. There is no soundproof. The terraces (there are 2 small ones) provide no privacy. The apartment is nearly 37 m2 in space, despite it is claimed at 50 m2. Probably, the owner includes the terraces as well, but this would be unfair. The drains in both the kitchen sink and the washbasin need to be cleaned. The check-in should have gone much smoother. They don't change the towels and bed linen during a 1-week stay.

Fantastic

The flat is fantastic, with all the necessary appliances, perfectly clean and newly renovated in beautiful Skala Fourkas. I will suggest it to all my friends who are looking for recommendations.

Carino ma c’è di meglio

La casa è in una posizione ottima , bello anche il contesto dove è ubicata la struttura . Vicino a bar / ristoranti / supermercati

Casa non proprio pulita ( secondo gli standard italiani ) non vi diate delle recensioni di persone che arrivano dalla Bulgaria o dall Ucraina o da altri paesi che non siano l Italia dove lo standard di pulizia è tutto un altro . IL divano letto era molto scomodo anzi scomodissimo , la cucina un po’ datata e la lavastoviglie era rotta . Per avere l acqua calda ogni giorno bisognava ricordarsi di accendere il boiler
