Great location. The host was very helpful

Limited kitchen facilities, no kettle, bottle opener, chopping board, peeler, limited cutlery and crockery. Air conditioning in one of the bedroom was not working properly. A little tired in places.

Exceptional

The house was like an oasis! We loved it. We spend a few perfect days there so calm right in front of the sea. Beautiful sandy beach, the garden was very big with a barbecue! The hosts were very kind. Very clean accommodation, three big bedrooms a large kitchen with everything you need to cook and spacious living room. Definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful vacation of one week in July. Family with 2 children and a grandmother, but there would be space for another family. We felt absolutely wonderful and we recommend it with confidence. I would like to mention that we really liked the fact that it is very close to the water and the fact that there is a great restaurant and bar right across from the house.

Warning - Very dirty accommodation

WARNING: In case you are considering to stay at Casa Lia-Beach Front Villa, we urge you to reconsider. Not wanting to be overdramatic: Arriving at the place, we were hit by a moldy smell. Not a surprise as there was actually lots of mold on the wall in one of the three bedrooms. On top of that, in the tiny bathroom the drainpipe was blocked and waste water came out of the drain in the floor, not to mention the the tufts of hair we found in every corner and in the tub/sink. To draw the whole picture: In order to have a cup of coffee, we needed to clean the coffee machine, which still contained old moldy coffee grounds and needed to wash every single piece of cutlery. There were five of us traveling with a small toddler. We didn’t ask for high quality furnishings or even the luxury of having a dish washer, but there is one necessary condition to have a nice and relaxing time on your holiday, we sure can all agree on, and that is staying in a clean accommodation. After contacting our hosts several times and asking for a housekeeping service, there was absolutely no reaction to our complains. Eventually we left the place early after two days and we’re still arguing about refunds with the owners and booking.com

A quiet oasis.

Everything is perfect for a group of people self managed. The beach is very close and the sand is perfect. Also the view over the bay to Mount Olympus is a bonus. The host is discreet and very helpful. The wine as welcome was well received.

Superb

Perfect location - first line 50m from the beach. Very close to beach bar (but almost no noise from bar except for Saturday evening). Very close to Nea Kalikratea and there are a lot of restaurants and shops. 3 separate rooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, barbecue, nice garden. There is pretty outside bathroom masked as an windmill. There was AC in two bedrooms and in sitting room but we didn't even used it.

Second bathroom is outside the house. There is some noise from airplanes. There is a road between house and the beach.

Wunderbare Lage, nur einen "Sprung" zum Strand. Wunderschöner Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub und wir sind froh, dass wir in der Villa Casa Lia 10 Tage verbringen konnten :-) gerne wieder!!

Küchenutensilien könnte man etwas auffrischen ;-)
