Location good but would not recommend since they will not return your deposit

The location was good.

They withheld my deposit claiming damage to the property by causing burn marks. We are non smokers and had no means of even causing burn marks. It is a clear scam in order to get more money out of people renting the apartment. Additionally basic facilities like bath mats were missing and bedsheets were not clean.

Amazing apartment

Super friendly host, all instructions were very clear. Amazing and clean apartment, super view, location and very well equipped kitchen. It rained almost all time when we were there but the apartment was so cozy and we didn't mind spending more time there. Also very child friendly. I would totally come back!

We understand the trash situation in Oostende so it is not fair to give a bad review about this topic, only that travelling with a small child is already a challenge and having to transport the trash outside the building is an extra effort although it's not that far away. But again, this it not a complaint but a comment.

Superbe appartement ! Moderne, lumineux, bien équipé, confortable. Bien situé : proche de la gare et des rues commerçantes mais aussi pas trop éloigné de la digue. On reviendra 😉.

Si je dois noter un point négatif, ce serait juste l'insonorisation limitée du bâtiment en général.

Eine überaus schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sie war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile war komplett eingerichtet und alles war im guten Zustand. Genauso die Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft

Fijn verblijf

Zeer ruim en mooi appartement. Alles is nieuw. Ligt pal in centrum in zijstraat van de winkelstraat. inchecken en uitchecken ging heel makkelijk ( zelfbediening). Aangename kamers en leefruimte. Zeer aangename douche. Bedden waren mooi opgemaakt...

Het was stormachtig weer en dan maakt de dampkap erg veel lawaai ( je hoorde precies continu een klep die open en dicht viel) + in de hal is er een gat gedicht met een zijpaneel dat niet goed afsluit, en door de sterke wind floot het echt in huis. Dat zou ik beter laten afsluiten. Maakte echt een enorm kabaal. Verder liep ik er rond in mijn iets te lange bleke pyjamabroek, die onderaan al vrij vuil werd na dag 1. Dus de vloer is denk ik niet zo proper als hij er uit ziet.

Prima locatie, dichtbij het station maar ook bij de winkelstraten en het strand was op wandelafstand.
