Super locatie! Hygiënisch! Gezellig! Maar niet kindvriendelijk.

Zoals op de foto's.

De buren die bij het uitladen van de buggy bij aankomst, al gemaild gestuurd hadden naar de eigenaar dat de plaats niet kon (in de gang). (Zonder 10 min te wachten tot deze weg was). Tijdens de volgende dag was alles op zijn plek (met kinderen op stap gaan lukt het niet altijd om alles 'direct' te doen. Bij het inladen om weg te gaan van de buurvrouw terug de zelfde opmerking dat de koets 5 min in de gang stond. Geduld is een mooie deugd en verdraagzaamheid ook. Wij waren zeker niet van slechte wil.. Geen aanrader dus voor mama's met kleine kinderen. Ook een kleine lift om de buggy in te zetten dus wij hebben deze in de auto moeten laten voor ons gemak.

Appartement à ne pas rater

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement à 2 mn à pied de la rue piétonne, du casino, de la digue. Nous avons apprécié la luminosité de l'appartement et la vue. Tres belle cuisine, les chambres sont très spacieuses, l'appartement est vraiment vaste. Cerise sur le gâteau : la place de parking incluse !!! Amandine notre correspondante était particulièrement aimable et très réactive. Nous y avons passé un séjour en famille au top !

Onvoldoende comfort voor deze prijs.

De locatie is centraal gelegen, al is het niet makkelijk om uit te laden door de beperkte parkeerplaats voor de deur waar veel mensen in geïnteresseerd zijn.

In het algemeen onder de standaard, de ramen sluiten niet goed of laten heel veel lawaai binnen, geen vliegenramen resulteerden in zeer veel muggen, geen gordijnen of screens waardoor je geen privacy hebt, je je niet kan beschermen tegen te veel zonlicht (met oververhitting appartement tot gevolg), maar één badkamer zonder verluchting voor een appartement met 8 bedden, maar één parkeerplaats ipv 2 voor deze grootte van appartement, een lift waar je maar met 3 personen in kan, een beperkt uitgeruste keuken (bv geen microgolf), etc etc.

er waren geen gordijnen, dit is ook vervelend als je in de zomer verblijft… het is hierdoor ‘s ochtend meteen erg warm. Toen ik er verbleef deed de Tv het niet en was er geen waterkoker beschikbaar…

Ondanks het feit dat het appt nog niet alle comfort bezat, door de locatie fijn verblijf gehad

Het appartement had niet de nodige afwerking in verhouding met de prijs. Geen droogrekje voor handdoeken, geen handdoekhouders in de badkamer. Verlichting niet af. Geen dessertbordjes, geen espresso kopjes. Geen microgolfoven.

Zeer mooi luxueus appartement in het hart van Oostende. Zowel de zee als de winkelstraat zijn vlakbij. De open ruimte keuken/woonkamer is zeer fijn met zoveel lichtinval en het zicht zowel op de stad als op de zee (wat we niet verwacht hadden) was top.

Niets. Kleine tip : keukenmateriaal is wat beperkt als je met meerdere mensen bent en op andere gelijkwaardige locaties is er een minimum van douchegel/shampoo aanwezig.

Prachtig appartement met wat schoonheidsfoutjes in de communicatie

- toplocatie - zeer ruim appartement - badkamer en aparte wc zijn top - leuk uitzicht - uitgebreide inboedel en spullen - prima bedden

- parkeergarage onvindbaar (en het pasje had je helemaal niet nodig). De ingang staat niet aangegeven en ligt net achter een garage die wel goed te zien is, waardoor je denkt dat je daar moet zijn. Gebeld met de host maar die had blijkbaar geen idee van de situatie want zij herhaalde alleen de naam van de garage (deze naam is onvindbaar in google maps). Tot slot een zeer duistere parkeergarage waar je zeker als vrouw niet alleen binnen wilt zijn. Wel gratis en voldoende plek. - zeer onduidelijke en late communicatie over het eerder inchecken, dit bleek 2uur van tevoren wel mogelijk te zijn. - zeer onvriendelijke “onderbuurvrouw” van de onderliggende kledingwinkel

Fantastisch!

Zeer ruim proper appartement. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Weet wel niet hoe het in de zomer is, in de winter alleszins perfect.

De parking hebben we niet gebruikt, leek ons nogal smal om in te rijden met een grote auto. Maar mss hebben we het verkeerd ingeschat.

Mooi groot nieuw appartement met een goede locatie

Het was een ruim, mooi ingericht en schoon appartement op de 7de verdieping. Goed en snel contact met de host gehad via de chat, niet in het echt gezien. Qua locatie vlakbij het strand, supermarkt en 10 minuten lopen naar de gratis parkeerplaats.

Volgens mij was het appartement nét opgeknapt, waardoor er nog geen gordijnen hingen. Het zou wel fijn zijn als deze ‘s avonds dicht kunnen. Het duurt wat lang voordat het warme douchewater er is, maar als het er is is het heerlijk warm.
