great place to stay for a family vacation - conveniently located, very spacious and clean. the goat was extremely helpful, promptly communicated and assisted with any questions! all in - really enjoyed our stay and would recommend villa maxime to anybody looking for a a quiet and enjoyable gateway for the entire family.

Great for a city trip with 6 adults and 3 babies

Being there with 3 babies, Saskia was really nice to respond positively to all our specific requests. The house is well equipped.

Logement impeccable. Très grand. Très propre.Tres bien situé.

Un petit b mol. Salle de bain très froide pour se laver le matin même en remontant le thermostat. Et comme la température de dehors était très froide pas trop confortable.

Een zeer tof weekend in een unieke locatie.

De locatie was oké. De inrichting was super en het huis was kraaknet. Het is er gezellig en sfeervol en men heeft gedacht aan eenvoudige ‘upgrades’ van binnenhuisinrichting die eenvoudig het verschil maken.

Er is genoeg plek voor iedereen, zowel buiten als binnen!

Het contact met de host verliep vlekkeloos en we kregen goede tips over parkeren etc.

Er waren twee douches, maar helaas konden die niet tegelijk gebruikt worden.

Ein tolles Haus für einen Trip mit der Familie oder einer Freundesgruppe

Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit einem sehr schönen, großen Esstisch, der abends zur Zusammenkunft einlädt. Super Lage in Ostende, entspannte Parksituation mit Sammelparkplatz in der Nähe. Sehr netter, herzlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Schlafzimmer trotz der Vielzahl gut und vergleichbar wertig ausgestattet. Nur die Dachetage mit 3 Betten fällt da etwas zurück und eignet sich eher für Kinder. Für unsere Gruppe von 4 Freundespaaren war alles bestens.

Wirklich zu bemängeln gibt es aus unserer Sich nichts. Zwei Toiletten, die sich zudem beide im EG bzw. Zwischengeschoss zum 1 OG befinden, machen den Weg aus den oberen Stockwerken gerade nachts lang.

Belle découverte

Belle maison très bien équipée. Propre et décorée avec goût. Salon spacieux qui peu accueillir tous les hôtes. Grande table de salle à manger. Salle de jeux bien sympathique. Le jardin/cour doit être très agréable en été. Propriétaire très réactif et tjrs à l'écoute.

Le fait que l'on ne puisse prendre les douches au même moment dans les 2 salles de bain. C'est un peu compliqué (perte de temps) quand on doit y passer à 8 par exemple
