Stayed 1 night (28.03.24) with my parents & wife.
Good location- Just 1-2 km from beach/boat jetty etc
Clean rooms, Terrace, vast open area inside the compound
Host/ caretaker/ Manager/ Helpers - all superb.. genuinely pleasant & ready to help.
Freshly cooked steaming breakfast (Idly, Dosa, coconut chutney, sambar etc) delivered to your room @8 am
An EV charging station (ReLux_fast chargers) is available just 3.5 km from the property
UPI payment facility avl at the property
Narrow pathway from road to the property (50 mtrs)- Difficult for big SUVs- My Nexon managed with very min width clearance.
The vast courtyard have many pet dogs - as a safety for host- and hence guests cannot roam freely;
must hv someone present.
Our 2BHK apartment was of 1st floor & the steps were lil bit steep for elderly- my 88 & 78 year old parents were with me; but managed without much fuss (but for luggage etc there is always the helping hand ready)

Near to the railway station,can use local transport (price wise very affordable) for the sight seeing,
