Saturn's Return

Amazing! What a gem! I am so glad I had the occasion to stay here. The hosts were amazing! They put such care & thought into every detail. I love that it was simple but full of charm & warmth. From fresh wildflowers throughout the home to light jazz in the evenings. It was perfectly clean, they are very attentive and they make staying there a breeze which was so welcome after several busy travel days. I was so happy to be a part of what they've created with the farm store, local organic foods and their gardens. Cannot wait to back! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in San Juan island. Very quiet and tranquil, and the breakfast was amazing.

It is as if pinterest came to life!!! Everything is so beautiful and thoughfully arranged. The owners are lovely and so kind!

Breakfast twigs and nuts. Bring your instant oatmeal from home. Stewed zucchini and tomatoes., passed on. No juices. Fresh bread with butter was good. Lovely couple. Need to put time into the breakfast menu.

We really enjoyed our stay with Ema and Wylie! They are the nicest people and their inn is charming and warm. The locally sourced food was such a wonderful bonus. We will certainly "return" to Saturn's Return! The only suggestion I have is to put the coffee out earlier than 8:30 for us early rising caffeine addicts! :)

Absolutely loved this brand new B&B. It's a work in progress right now as they just recently opened it, but that in many ways made it even more charming. The couple that owns and operates the place are just the warmest and most accommodating people. Do yourself a favor and spend a few nights there.

A new inn on the island, Saturn's Return is lovely. A beautiful setting on 42 acres, with walkable trails, farmland, and a pond, it's quiet, peaceful, and feels like a retreat. Hosts Emma and Wiley are kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Fresh local foods, including those grown on the property. We especially enjoyed picking blackberries along the trail and stargazing at night. The location is excellent, near Lime Kiln, not too far from town, and also not too far from Roche Harbor. We stayed in two rooms, a deluxe queen with en suite and a deluxe king with en suite. The king was wonderful, with a stunning view across the field and a gorgeous view to wake up to. The queen was charming, with a view of trees and the stream. Though we were there during a heat wave, the large room had AC and a fan was provided for the smaller room, making for decent comfort despite the heat. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended. We would certainly return, and we wish the innkeepers the very best of luck with their beautiful venture.

We had an amazing time at Saturn’s Return. Originally we planned to do some riding around the island, but the location was peaceful, and the walks were delightful, so we ended up staying on the property most of the time. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have had in a long time.

What an amazing stay! Everything was exceptional and we will absolutely be returning. This will probably turn into our frequent visit spot as everything, down to the detail was perfect. The breakfast was very fresh with local eggs, bread, butter, granola, delicious coffee, smoke salmon, yogurt. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept without waking for the first time in months. Highly recommend this spot! It is 15 min to Friday Harbour or 45 min by bike and 8 min to Roche Harbor. Very central and easy to get to. We brought our bikes and bikes to Friday Harbour.
