My daughter and I had a great stay. This location was great and within walkable distance to shops & restaurants; about 12 mins walk to Antibes train station which we used frequently. The property itself had everything we needed! Beach towels and sun cream were provided which was a plus! I really appreciated the water in the fridge after a long journey. The only downside was carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, but that is a given in the area. The air conditioning worked well in the main area and fans provided for the sleeping areas. The beds were comfortable too. We got to meet the owner one morning and he was just a nice in person. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughters and I spent 2 days and nights in Antibes at Pascal’s flat. It was perfect! The flat is small, but had everything we needed. Pascal was the perfect host! He turned on the AC prior to our arrival so the flat was cool and inviting. He also stocked the fridge with beverages which was so wonderful. He is a great communicator ,which made everything easy and fun. Highly recommend!!!

The apartment was fantastic! Clean and well appointed. I stayed for an extended period and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The apartment is close to the main squares, restaurants, the market, and shops. Just a short walk from a sheltered beach, the train station, and all the main dining and nightlife areas. Pascal was incredibly kind and helpful and set the apartment up with everything I needed. I would absolutely stay there again, and will recommend to all my friends.
