3P town center near beaches and Place De Gaulle

Apartment is nice, close to things. Air con works great. Nice to have washing machine. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Beds low to the ground and ok. Host was 30 minutes late for check in and said she was there on time-not true as we were 10 minutes early and were standing at the door! Then she said she didn’t receive our phone call that we were waiting for her and basically called us liars. After she realized the phone number was incorrect, she didn’t apologize but acted like there was never a problem. We do not have local phones, so all of this was quite stressful. Host also said she was busy and didn’t want to hear anything about flexibility as we were driving and we had to guess when we would arrive. Additionally, host arrived with a friend and seemed more interested in speaking with her friend than with us as paying guests. Parking was 3-4 blocks away in a dark, small garage. We couldn’t use this as our car would not have fit-perhaps a small Fiat would. Instead we paid 20 euros/day for parking garage 1 block away from apartment. There was no log in information for Wi-Fi (worked by scanning URL in router). There were no instructions for washing and machine, so we had to download and translate the manual to get the machine started. The TV did not work as you needed a code no to program. No local information in apartment. Stay could have been great, but did not seem like we were a priority on many levels.
