About this apartment rental
Comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment on the top floor with lift access, spacious 20 square meter roof top terrace with beautiful views over Port Vauban and charming old town. Ideally located in the heart of the town, with walking distance to old town (5 mins), 3 beaches (10 mins), train station (10 mins), plus shopping and restaurants are all just stone's away. Fast WIFI, the apartment is fully equipped, including sheets and towels, also baby amenities (changing table, high chair, crib). This is the your perfect holiday getaway in French Riviera.
One master bedroom with double bed and sea view at the corner, one bedroom with bunk beds (regular length fits adults), double size sleeper sofa in the living room. Can sleep 6 people.
Terrace is extremely large and bigger than usual apartment rentals in the city center. Facing west with direct sun starting from midday, with large lounge chairs and other seating, it's the perfect place to kick back and enjoy being outside. If you ever complain too much sun in the south of France, it is also equipped with electrical sun roof.
On the other side of the apartment, there is a long balcony with gorgeous sea view and old town view. It is facing east and the perfect place to enjoy croissants and take in the beautiful view in the morning.
All the rooms open to the terrace or the balcony, comfortable breeze from Mediterranean sea keeps the apartment cool and airy.
Out the door, turn left, there is the grocery store a 1/2 block away. Another 1/2 block away, turn left, it it the charming Antibes old town.
The address is 8 avenue Pasteur, Antibes 06600. Look it up on google map to see how close it is to everything! Avenue Pasteur itself is a small street with very few traffic passages, extremely quiet and family friendly neighborhood.

Our family of four loved our stay here! The balcony and patio are fantastic with amazing views. The apartment is set up with everything you will need to feel at home. The location in old Antibes is perfect for exploring on foot. Highly recommend this apartment.

1st time at this property having visited Antibes twice before , In a great location in town centre , with walking access to train and bus station an easy 5 minutes away and fabulous beach 15 minutes walk away . So close to all Antibes many bars and restaurants . The property itself maybe a little worn around the edges however , it is perfect with two well positioned balconies that don’t disappoint, we were a group of 4 adults and the apartment was spacious enough for us for the week stay . The beds were comfortable but note the second room has bunks ( which might be more suited to children but our big adult kids managed fine ) during our stay the building was quiet and the neighbours we bumped into were very pleasant.
Ashley our host was very contactable before arrival but once there, there was no further need as everything was good and apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this apartment again after having a great stay .

This property has great potential but there are many things that need improving.
(1) The dining room chairs need proper cushion covers. We found that only tee towels were laid over them.
(2) Get a proper coffee table. There is currently only a shabby storage container.
(3) The bathroom air vent was filthy. I ended up cleaning this myself.
(4) There were some clothes hanging in the master bedroom wardrobe. Also there is a large travel case in there. This does not give a good impression to guests.
(5) On the morning we checked out we all had cold showers as the boiler was not working.
(6) When checking out I had difficulty placing the keys in the box and closing it. Asimple hook inside to hang the keys would be good.
Finally, after heavy rain on monday morning, when my wife and I went to the ground floor of the building it was flooded. We spent 20 minutes sweeping excess water out into the street with a broom that we found. I would suggest that the residents group gets someone in to put a waterproof sealant around the entrance door.
