It consists of a large living room dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a 2nd separate WC. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room.

Located in the heart of the Old Town, Place Nationale, the apartment is 150 meters from the Marche Provencal, 250 meters from the Picasso Museum, and 300 meters from the Parking de la Poste.
Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away.
The apartment has a magnificent view of the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the second-hand market twice a week.
Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square.
Go see a play at the Antibea theater a few steps from the apartment or a movie in the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (opening scheduled for summer 2023!) near the Post Office.
Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby (Weekly packages available: q-park à Antibes La-poste/ )
All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches.
Juan also offers a famous Jazz festival in summer (Jazz a Juan), and will seduce you with its bars and restaurants that make its reputation for nightlife!
A park for children is also available in front of the Post Office, in front of the Carrefour where you will find everything you need to do your shopping.
The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.

We stayed at this apartment in September as 2 girlfriends from different parts of Canada, and for us, this was a little slice of heaven. The location couldn't be more idealistic, and the apartment was clean, bright and perfect for us. While the square was bustling, it was not overly noisy, and felt very safe. There were a row of garbage bins directly below us (just cut off in the main photo), but they were not a bother and they seemed to be collected often. The beds were comfortable, there were two bathrooms (only one with a shower) which was a nice bonus. The A/C worked well and we truly could not have had a better stay. Antibes is positively stunning and this apartment is close to everything. The only thing to mention was that we did not receive check in information as soon as we were expecting it, and that made us panic a bit. It's operated by a rental company, and so the information flow wasn't as consistent with previous VRBO experiences we have had. But we got the information we needed and everything was truly flawless. I would stay here if I came back with my family, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Brilliant stay in Antibes in Jean's apartment! Its in a great spot in the middle of old town amongst all the fabulous shops and restaurants! We would walk the 15 minutes each day to the stunning new town beaches which are public and have fantastic sandy beaches and cear water. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. It is a tiny bit noisy being right in Place Nationale, but we didnt mind! A wonderful stay!

We had an unfortunate start to our time here with our point of contact being out of town. We didn’t have access instructions until shortly before we arrived and we had to ask for them. The door to get in to the building is really hard to open. The listing said it included swim towels and as a family of 5 staying somewhere within walking distance to the beach, without a doubt, those should be in the unit. We asked and when we finally got a response, we were told that we never asked for them and where they would get them from was closed for the weekend. They give you one shower towel per person so there’s really little flexibility making a beach outing work with three kids. It was super disappointing. In addition, there was a huge city event going on during our stay. Since this unit is right in the town square, the extremely loud, heavy rock music (think Metallica, which for some could be enjoyable) was indeed extremely loud until past midnight. Would’ve been nice to have known about this ahead of time. When we went for a walk, we noticed the insane crowds and found out it was a Summer event. Fun, but not so fun when it is right under your window and you’re traveling with kids. Had we had better communication, beach towels and planned a different weekend, this may have been a better experience. It might be helpful to note as well that while there is a/c in the unit, it is only in the main area, not in the bedrooms. They do provide fans but the bedrooms get very warm and stuffy.
