This is a budget property so we weren't expecting luxury. However, the cleanliness of the hallway and the lift left a bit to be desired. The room itself was clean and this is helped by the fact that it's all hard surfaces. However, when we examined the mattress and mattress pad we found stains of a dubious origins. We were looking for bedbugs. We didn't find any, but the mattress and pad clearly weren't clean in our view. I don't t hink it would take a lot for them to address this issue. We ended up getting a different hotel and were not offered a refund or any sort of acknowledgement of what we found.

Had bed bugs, Pee on blanket, towels were not cleaned from prior guests, You stay in a completely different building to where you check in at. Unless your willing to pay for parking its non existent. Definitely worth paying more for better which we did after one night.

The property is good with good amenities and a nice swimming pool. But the Wifi in the room did not work from the time of check in till the time of check out. We reported to the reception multiple times. The wifi connection never improved. The wifi worked fine at the reception though.. Wifi is one of the amenities mentioned on their page in Expedia.. Is it a minor scam? Decide for yourselves...

Was a lovely room however could have done with more than just one toilet roll for staying a week. Could have pre warned there was no room service to clean the rooms, change the bins. Also was disappointed the pool wasn’t like the pictures there wasn’t no water in it. However the hotel was very clean and quiet. I would stay again if the pool was open.

Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return.

Perfect for family. Walk to Antibes 7 minutes down the hill to beautiful beach and bakery & 20 mins to Jeun les Pins. Train at Jeun les Pins along the coast Apartment for 6 people perfect for 5 of us. Facilities great. Would recommend.

Comfortable holiday in reasonable accommodation. Residences are at the top of a hill making it a stiff walk back from town and shops especially for older people and not so fit. Small swimming pool and deep with no shallows.

On arrival there is no active reception. Although I announced in advance that I would arrive late, I received no instructions. The key was left in a safe in another building. There is not enough signage to explain who and where to turn. The existing signage is faded, and unclear. The signs pointing to the place are inaccurate, and misleading in direction. There is no telephone response available. I stayed in the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar neighborhood, with suitcases and equipment, outside. It took over an hour before I was able to find my way to the room. It was scary, and unpleasant.

Simple and clean apartment near Antibes. The apartment is located at walking distance to one of the best beaches in the area with beautiful view over the city. There is not much in the area, but walking to Antibes takes not more than 15-20 min. The Sofa-bed was a disappointment!

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence, the pool is a big plus especially when you have small kids, as was my case, the Residence is located uphill so I wouldn’t recommend it to people with limited mobility or maybe older people who aren’t very active , You have Antibes and Juan Les Pins at walking distance which was great. The things I didn’t like were the total absence of Internet, I got no signal during my whole stay and the fact that even though we stayed for 9 nights there was no cleaning service , I would have been nice. The lady at the reception who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

We are a family of three, with a 9yr old child. We have stayed at this property four times, over four years. It's location at the top of the hill with Antibes 15 minutes walk to one side and Juan Les Pinnes 15 minutes walk on the other is ideal for us as it gives options of two resorts. The pool is small but we like it as it is very easy to keep an eye on the child. Apartments are basic-ish but generally clean and adequately equipped. We would prefer it if for example more than one toilet roll were supplied. However, the staff are very nice and try their best to be of assistance so we would stay in this property again and would recommend it to our friends.

For a family of 4 we were given very little and when we asked about this we were told that we have to purchase ourselves and are given basic rations to get by. Our stay here couldn’t have got off to a worse start. An evening flight meant we spent the week before our trip trying to confirm a late check in with the hotel &then with Expedia. This was finally confirmed the day we flew out by phone &email only to arrive to a locked reception area at 10.30pm with our 1 & 3 year old. We spent 90 mins on the phone to Expedia to gain access as there was no response to any numbers displayed outside building. Initially after Expedia also failed to get a response, we were told we’d be relocated by Expedia &put on hold while this was organised. We were finally told that actually we’d need to find somewhere ourselves as this was the properities failure ¬ Expedia’s. Had we been told this at the start of the call, although very disappointed, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time hanging around outside a dark street in the middle of a residential area. We then had to try to find somewhere to take us for the night and set of on a 15 min walk in an unfamiliar area at close to midnight. The Best Western Astoria was a saviour &had they had availability, we’d have stayed there the rest of the week. Once checked in the next day the reception staff could not have cared less and offered no apology. Floor in the room was dirty,there were ants in the kitchen, no basic cleaning supplies, paper thin walls, a dirty&torn travel cot. Avoid this place with small kids. Pool too deep for an adult to stand and located 10-15min walk uphill from centre.
