About this apartment rental
In a residential area sought and very quiet, but close to beaches, shops, the center of Juan and the train station, our apartment is located in "Mas du Tanit" in Juan les Pins. It is a large T1 of 38 m2 on the ground floor with a terrace and a garden of 25 m2, ideal for dinner in the evening and enjoy a cool break after the sun of the day.
The apartment has been completely renovated and it is air-conditioned, with wifi access and all the equipment to spend a comfortable holiday.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and includes:
- A large living room of 25 m2 with foldaway bed opening onto terrace and garden
- A cabin with 2 convertible beds of 80 cm contiguous
- An open kitchen fully equipped.
- a shower room with toilet
- Large cupboards
- free Wi Fi, linen provided free of charge, as well as beach towels
You are in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Juan, the Pinewood, and the railway station, to take advantage of it to visit the area without taking your car (9 minutes for Cannes and 30 for Nice)!
Sports enthusiasts will find nearby diving center, nautical base, tennis, golf, hiking enthusiasts can enjoy beautiful walks in the middle and high country (Vésubie, Tinée, Mercantour ...) and art lovers magnificent museums of the region (Picasso Museum in Antibes, Maeght Foundation, Bonnard Museum, Mamac ...)

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were spending several days and this very comfortable apartment allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go: beach, shopping, wonderful restaurants and bakery. The pool was very clean and relaxing. Stephane was perfect to coordinate with. We hope to come back and stay again!
