We were met at the property and given a very good explanation of the amenities in the apartment as well as the surrounding area and where to go for food, beach trips, fun, etc.
The only slightly inconvenient aspect is that, since the house is on a beautiful side-street, it's not accessible by taxi so we had to walk a few minutes from the drop-off to the apartment (and again for the return to the airport) but that wasn't a big deal and the location of the apartment is definitely worth it, it's on a picturesque little street.

Great location in the old town of Antibes. Very friendly and welcoming host. Excellent for a family with children. Enough space and very practical with a nice outside terrasse.
