GORGEOUS BRAND NEW 2 BEDROOMS

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antibes. The location is excellent—right in the centre, just a 5-minute walk to Plage de la Gravette, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. We also appreciated that there was beach equipment available in the apartment for guests to use, which was a lovely bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning is located in the main living area, which kept the apartment comfortable, although it’s worth noting that there isn’t separate air conditioning in the bedrooms but fans were very helpful. For anyone with accessibility considerations, the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.

It wasn’t a major issue but there is no door to the main bedroom en suite which may affect privacy depending on your group.

Nice property in fantastic area.

The bed cover had an unpleasant large stain in it, it looked like dry urine. We reported it to the contact who said to us it was unexceptional and promised to change it. There was also drainage problems which can happen so we accommodated them coming in to pump it out, as the shower flooded the bathroom. The bed cover was never changed (we stayed 2 nights) we could not use it and when I questioned the owner in a message he blamed us and our dog as an excuse. If it was our dog the urine patch would have been wet, which it was not as the maintenance person was well aware and apologetic for as he said not excitable from there cleaners.

Emplacement parfait, au cœur de la ville Bonne communication avec l’hôte Belle décoration de l’appart

Je ne suis absolument pas du genre à vérifier et me plaindre de la propreté sous les armoires ou les siphons mais cette fois ci, il y avait un vrai manque de propreté avec le lavage des sols et de la poussière clairement non fait. Pas de protège matelas non plus et des draps trop grands pour le lit. Équipement limité pour 5 avec 4 chaises, 3 cuillères… Pas de wifi ( pas une mauvaise connexion mais pas de wifi du tout )
