Situato in pieno centro di Viterbo e ben accessoriato.
Qualche difficoltà ad incontrare parcheggio. Mancanza della password internet nella stanza. Ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare nel frigo una bottiglia di acqua fresca.

I stayed in this studio apartment for four nights. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the institution where I had my activities. The apartment itself is newly renovated, clean, and the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable. The heating could not be controlled directly from inside the apartment, but remote by the owner; I had to message the host every time I needed it turned on, which was not convenient at all. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, with frequent interruptions and very slow speed — even slower than the free airport Wi-Fi I used on my way back. When I informed the host, I was told it was due to the bad weather and that the whole city had issues, but the problem continued throughout my stay.
Additionally, the amount of shampoo/body wash provided was not enough even for one person for a single shower, while we were two guests. After notifying the host, more body wash was provided, and the host mentioned they would bring shampoo the next day, but it never arrived.
