O Massimo é muitíssimo educado e nos recebeu muito bem com uma flexibilidade de horário. Eu ainda precisei estender a estadia e também funcionou super bem. Porta do quarto com código para entrar, monitoramento no prédio. Também gostei que fica acima de um dos bares mais cheios da Lapa e ao lado de uma grande cachaçaria. Ambiente perfeito para quem quer aproveitar a vida bohemia que a Lapa oferece. Tudo ótimo!
O quarto que fiquei não tinha janela, mas não atrapalhou em nada pq o ar circulava bem pela janela do banheiro.

Achei o prédio muito limpo e seguro. A área gourmet em comum é um charme! Tem geladeira, microondas e o ambiente compartilhado é reservado por andar. Também tem ferro de passar disponível, algo que é simples, mas faz diferença. No quarto havia sabonete líquido disponível e um cafeteira! Disponibilizaram pó de café, açúcar e xícaras - adorei!

Que la habitación es cómoda, chica pero para una noche esa bien
Está arriba de bares y desde las 15 hs hasta las 5 am que nos fuimos no para la música y el ruido de gente gritando y balando, motivo por el cual no pudimos dormir
