GOOD STAY FOR RIO LAPA

Breakfast was very good. Hotel is very good value and very comfortable.

A lot of noise from people outside but that will be the same for any hotel in the area due to Pubs and Bars around.

Great location for 10 night stay

Really excellent room with a super comfy bed, wardrobes and desk. Bathroom had a hot and powerful shower. On-site restaurant was great price and did really good food. The pool on the roof was great to cool down and had a bar with sports on in the evening. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants around. Place for Ubers to pull in for us to explore the city

Three times the electronic key card didn't work, and I had to go back down to the desk to reprogram it.

Bad week for staying

Location, breakfast, room was clean and if you want they are cleaning every day.

We chose this hotel for the rooftop pool. We used it for once during the 10 nights because they have maintenance. Nobody told us this via booking or e-mail. It was so annoying, we tried to change it when we arrived but booking didn’t accept this. We woke up with maintenance voices and couldn’t use pool.

The bed sheets and pillows had stains. Also de bathroom didn´t seem fully cleaned.

Apart from cleanness of guest room, all good.

cleanness needs to be improved. The bar on rooftop was closed during our stay, pitty.

Overall, we were disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.

The location was the only positive

The room wasn't clean. Floor was sticky and dirty. The towels and bedding were old and stained. The were clean but looked like they haven't been updated in years. The gym was poor. Machines weren't working. Breakfast was poor. Pastries, both sweet and savoury, didn't seem fresh. They were dry and hard, as if they have been there for a couple of days.

Location:around the hotel is a lot of homeless people and smells urine everywhere

The reception people are good and the lobby is clean The restaurant breakfast workers are good and kind… That’s it…nothing else Shouldn’t be rated 4 stars in your site It shouldn’t be in booking site at all

The booking site show a totally different breakfast…the room a/c is so loud…the rooms window curtains are dirty (changed rooms) the same way…outside of the hotel is very dirty and smells awful…you need to send someone there…remove out of your site…is disgusting

I would struggle to recommend this hotel, it was essentially a run down business hotel that had given up some time ago. No character, no charm, borderline functional. They had a gym, which had potential, but most of the equipment was broken.

We took a took at breakfast and were so disappointed, we left.

Was there for 1 week for Rio Carneval, the staff was really nice, and let us keep our stuff at the hotel when we had a flight at night and didn't have a night booked

location is in the center of Rio, but not much to do or see there, beter to stay in Leblon or Ipanema. Bed was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Our room was not cleaned well, they gave us another room although. Showers have a curtain, which was actually broken in our room. In the fitness half of the machines were not working, I like to use hometrainer bikes, but both not okay. So I run up and down the stairs.

I would stay again

it was comforting. good location. the staff, especially Ivson were incredible as I’d be robbed on the beach. they kept me calm, ordered me Ubers, let me borrow his phone to contact with family. I wouldn’t have got home without their help. the food was cheap. the coffee was good
